My rabbit friend had a spot under her foot for a week and I wanted to know what my rabbit had to say about this spot. Partly on the basis of this information, I would take further steps. I asked Janine for help and luckily she was able to help us quickly. The realization that Janine would have contact with my rabbit within a few days gave me peace of mind. I knew I would soon know more. This peace was accompanied by deep gratitude, I felt supported in caring for my loved one. Janine worked very lovingly, smoothly and carefully. I feel safety and confidence in her working method and qualities. I now know what the content of the complaint is, what is related to it and what I can do to resolve the complaint.
